1) Complete the application form and questionnaire (available online)

2) Obtain the appropriate financial papers (see Acceptable Documentation)

3) Mail the completed application form and financial papers to Peridance Center with the non-refundable $200 application fee (see Processing Fee)

4) If you receive written notification of acceptance to the Program, you are required to pay the tuition as explained in the Visa Program section.

5) Upon receipt of your tuition, Peridance Center will provide you with an I-20 Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1) Status.

6) Take the I-20 form, appropriate financial papers, and your passport to the American Consulate in your country to obtain the F-1 Visa.

7) You are now ready to travel to New York and begin study!


REQUIRED ELEMENTS:


1. Processing Fee: $200

a) This non-refundable fee is required for the initial application and for every request for extension of study.

b) Payment must be made to Peridance Center (www.peridance.com)


2. Acceptable Documentation of Financial Support

a) Letter from a U.S. bank stating amount of money deposited and available to student,

or

b) Letter of support from a family member or sponsor stating the amount of money available for the student. The letter must be signed by a notary public and be accompanied by other documentation demonstrating available funds in a bank account, or a permanent job that provides sufficient funds. All of these documents must be signed by a notary-public. If support is offered by an American citizen, an official “Affidavit-of-support” is required (this form can be requested from Peridance Center).
