Dancing as a Creative Act; Harness your creativity to thrive in today's world.
Combining technical rigor and personal exploration, this intensive workshop focuses on Limon Technique and

Repertory, New Repertory, Principles of Performance, Techniques of Creation, and Breath and Movement. 
Master teachers include Colin Connor and Debra Noble.

SUNY College at Brockport, NY, July 9 - 20 (Sunday registration)
Come dance with us and immerse yourself in the Limon legacy.

Explore the range and depth of this classic world-renowned legacy with Carla Maxwell, Roxane D'Orleans Juste and outstanding members of the Limon Dance Company.  Focusing on the individual, the workshop offers Limon technique

and repertory, new repertory, performance techniques, composition, special evening activities and indiviual coaching. 

The workshop concludes with an informal presentation of your dancing.

Europe and NYC: Workshops for Teachers

Teaching Contemporary Limon: using Humphrey/Limon principles to train dancers today
Designed to guide each participant to find an indiviual approach to Limon-based teaching, days consist of daily

technique classes, repertory phrases, the use of rhythm and music in Limon classes, and an opportunity to present

class sequences based on Limon principles.
